Dear Sir
This is a Public Records Request pursuant to the applicable Arizona Statute, including case precedent dealing with the provision of electronic data held by Arizona State entities. Please see Lake vs the City of Phoenix attached to this electronic filing.
Please supply, in the most convenient electronic format to you, preferably in bulk data format, csv or xlss, so as to relieve you of unreasonable administrative burden, the following:
1. Details of any and all parties licensed by you, estimated to be 30,000+, to practice in the field of residential real estate in Arizona.
2. Such records and licensing details relate to residential real estate only
3. Such records also would not include property management, rentals, or manufactured homes.
4. We can accept those records in any convenient format to you but we would like that data to include, at a minimum:

  • Name and address of the licensed parties
  • Company affiliation
  • Status…broker, associate, realtor, etc.
  • Email address
  • Phone and Fax numbers

5. With respect to any costs, we would be available to discuss with your IT personnel any and all means of minimizing the burden on you
6. In that regard I would welcome a phone call from your IT person so we can informally agree what you have, what we’d like, and how we might best achieve that
7. Please also provide a draft of any assurances you might reasonably request with respect to the use and dissemination of that data
8. Please note this is a non-commercial request. I’m not obliged to give you the reasons for this request but I am prepared to represent this information is necessary to educate legislators on matters relating to the conduct of real estate disclosure in Arizona Homeowners Associations. i.e. a public purpose.
9. If you feel there may be ways to narrow down our request and thereby ease the administrative burden on you, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
